August 18 2011 – Sunny & High of 86
Today was our day at sea so we explored the ship a lot. In the morning Paul went for a run before we all went to a sit down breakfast at Lumierrs. After breakfast Alexa went to The Edge kids club and Jared went to The Oceaneers Lab kids club. Since the kids were occupied Michele and Paul went to the the latest pirates movie, Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides. Overall the movie was good with tons of action scenes.
We played some shuffleboard and did some swimming before grabbing lunch at the food places around the pool. After lunch we just had to order some cookies & milk from room service, yummy. Jared & Alexa played some more at their kids clubs and since Jared was part of the Oceaneers club he got to perform with the rest of the kids on the big stage in a little show they called friendship rocks.
The rest of the day was relaxing by the pool or on the veranda. We had dinner at Lumiers and then went to the evening show called Disney Dreams. This show is very good with some good Broadway effects. After dinner we went to the kids arcade to play a few games including air hockey.
